How to Get to Camden Market by Tube

The tube is the easiest way to get to Camden Market. You have two options on the Northern Line — Camden Town station is the closest, while Chalk Farm station is slightly further but quieter on busy weekends.

Camden Town Station (Northern Line)

This is your main option. Turn right out of the station exit onto Camden High Street and walk straight ahead — you’ll see the market entrance within 2 minutes. On busy weekend afternoons the station can temporarily close to manage crowds, in which case continue to Chalk Farm (one stop north) and walk down.

Chalk Farm Station (Northern Line)

One stop north of Camden Town. Turn left out of the station and walk south down Chalk Farm Road — the Stables Market entrance is on your right after about 7 minutes. This is a quieter walk and a good option if Camden Town station is busy.
